An only child born in the Santa Cruz bay area… one of the hippies and love-in crowd. Currently working in a high tech communications field. Married and have one child and two dogs.
HOBBIES
Love to cook and play with our dogs named Rusty (a Shetland SheepDog) and Duke (a Golden Retriever). Mostly enjoy all types of music from the 60’s & 70’s to Jazz to big band to vocal groups (i.e Ray Conniff, Manhattan Transfer, Voices Unlimited).
ON BLOGGING
Well I guess I have been “blogging” for about 20 years. What? You say blogging has not been around that long? Well maybe you are right… but I have been writing articles on the ‘internet’ for a very long time going all the way back to the good old Compuserve command-line client days. Nowadays I just write about anything that strikes my fancy.
RANDOM OTHERS
Traveled extensively in the US and have been overseas many times including the Orient and Europe. Don’t travel much these days unless I can drive there… flying is entirely too inconvenient and just not worth the effort anymore.
